Since we started working together, I’ve seen some massive results. I’ve lost inches all over my body, my clothes fit better, and I have a daily exercise habit that I actually look forward to every day. But Jennifer’s intensive coaching has led to surprising, powerful results I didn’t anticipate. For example – I no longer feel pressure to finish all the food on my plate. I don’t subconsciously think about the next portion of food I’ll eat before finishing my first serving. I no longer reach for food for comfort whenever a stressful situation arises at work. I am mindful of my eating without zoning out or using food as a buffer from my stress. And on one night last week, I realized I actually felt full before finishing my plate – a physical sensation I had been numb to for literally years. What a big moment, to finally experience fullness after years of feeling so constantly hungry for food to numb my emotions!
